摘要:草果作为一种重要的药食同源天然香料,其本身具有很大的开发价值与前景。中国作为世界第一大草果生产国,近年因其市场和生产价值等特点逐渐引起了一些学者的关注。其中草果挥发油的研究热度不断攀升。研究证实草果挥发油中主要化学成分会根据提取方法、产地及提取部位的不同有所差异。其对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、霉菌都有较好的抑制作用,具有良好的抗氧化性和清除自由基能力,抗肿瘤作用也相继被报道。文章综述了草果提取物挥发油的主要化学成分、生物活性以及在不同方向的前景展望。为草果的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Chemical Composition,Biological Activities and Application Progress of Volatile Oil from Amomum tsaoko

Abstract:As an important natural flavor serves as both medicine and food, itself has great development value and prospect. China is the world’s largest Amomum tsaoko producer. In recent years, it has attracted the attention of some scholars because of its characteristics of market and production value. Among them, the research interest of essential oil of Amomum tsaoko is increasing. The study confirmed that the main chemical components from the volatile oil of Amomum tsaoko were different according to different extraction methods, origin and extraction parts. It has good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella and mold. And it has good antioxidant activities and free radical scavenging abilities. Antitumor effects have also been reported. Based on the literature review, analysis and induction, this paper summarized the main chemical constituents, biological activities, and prospects in different fields of the volatile oil of Amomum tsaoko. It provides references for further development and utilization of Amomum tsaoko.
